Done at Montrose, Scotland on the 14th day of June 2010; we, Article 12 in Scotland, Federacion Maranatha de Asociaciones Gitanos Spain, Roma People Association Poland, Open Society Institute Bulgaria and Pro-Cserehat Association Hungary, hereby present it to young Gypsies/Roma/Travellers from across the world for comment, further development or ratification.
